Did you see the latest report on new homes occupied vs new home starts?

Here are the numbers by community for the 12 months ending 9-30-07.  After the community name you see the number of new move ins and then the number of new homes started in that time period.


• Lely Resort - Naples 300, 252

• Sail Harbour Townhomes - S Ft Myers 257, 385

• Bella Terra - Estero 200, 390

• River Hall - E Lee County 162,209

• Botanica Lakes - S Ft Myers 154, 154

• Amberton - Naples 144, 0

• Valencia - N Naples 136, 250

• Paseo - S Ft Myers 132, 43

• VeronaWalk - N Naples 128, 178

• Ave Maria - East Collier County 117, 14

These are all good news for the overall inventory in the two counties.  Your thoughts?
